Emphasizing Necessity for Co-operation Between Engineer Who Designs Plant and Its Operator—Four Points for Engineer to Remember
HARMONY and co-operation, and not antagonism, should be the aim between the engineer who designs the plant and the superintendent or operator who later conducts it. The following paper, while written from the standpoint of the filtration plant, could as well be applied to all parts of the water works and the word “superintendent" could well be used for “operator” in it.
