THE AHRENS FIRE ENGINE COMPANY.
This is a new company, with an old reputation. Within a few months it was organised, with the following officers: G. F. Ahrens, president; Charlcs H. box, vicepresident; John P. Ahrens, secretary; and George W. Knapp, treasurer. A new factory has been erected at Alford and Cook streets, Cincinnati, where the company expects to build fire engines that will secure for it a share of the business in this special line.
