Sacramento Completes Signal System
Under the leadership of City Manager James S. Dean, Sacramento, Cal., has completed its emergency communication system.
The rapid growth of the city made it necessary, in order to effectively protect its citizens, to purchase and install, with the assistance of the PWA, an entirely new fire alarm system and to add to and modernize its police protection system.
