Prevents Obstruction of Fire Apparatus
An ordinance passed by the city council of Baltimore, Md., and approved by Mayor William F. Brooning of the city on March 1, prohibits the obstruction of fire apparatus by vehicles and regulates the parking of vehicles in the neighborhood of fires. The ordinance is as follows:
