President International Association Resigns
Thomas R. Johnstone, for the past year president of the National Firemen’s Association, has tendered his resignation to Vice-President Otto Sorgenfrei. Mr. Johnstone, who is the Chicago representative of the American-La France Fire Engine Company, Inc., says that his business demands his whole attention and feels that it is for the best interest of the association that the presidency be held by one who can give it more time.
