Mr. Edmund B, Weston, consulting enginneer of Providence, R. I., died recently at a hospital in Boston, Mass., aged 66 years.
An informal dinner was tendered, at the Hotel Belleclaire, to Arthur Morton Crane, general sales manager of the New York Continental Jewell Filtration Company, who was recently elected Mayor of Roselle Park, N. J. The dinner was given by a number of Mr. Crane’s personal friends and the arrangements were in the able hands of Arturo R. Calvo, general manager of the Permutit Company, who acted as toastmaster. Among those who attended were R. E. Milligan, general manager of the New York Continental Jewell Filtration Company and T. C. Cummins, Dr. T. R. Duggan, P, J. McNabo, E. K. Sorenson and J. E. Williamson, of the New York Continental Jewell Filtration Co.; Mason Hulett and A. T. Smith of The R. U. V. Company, Inc.; George W. Fuller and George A. Johnson, consulting engineers.
