During the recent convention of the International Association of Municipal Electricians at Niagara Falls, N. Y., Frank C. Mason, of Brooklyn, New York, on behalf of the association, presented Morris Mead, jr., with a solitaire diamond ring and a Niagara souvenir spoon, at the same time making him an adopted son of the association.
