The Annual Convention, to be Held in Albany, N. Y., Taking Shape—A Circular by the Exhibit Committee—Program to be Announced in a Short Time
PLANS for the annual convention of the New England Water Works Association, which occurs at Albany, N. Y., on September 30, October 1 and 2, are taking shape, and it is hoped in a week or two to be able to announce the preliminary program of the meeting. The following circular has been issued by the exhibit committee, composed of A. B. Coulters, chairman, and Burt B. Hodgman, in relation to the arrangements connected with exhibits of manufacturers and others at the convention, which speaks for itself:
