IN accordance with the resolution adopted the previous day, the Convention assembled in the hall set aside for exhibitors, and made careful and critical examination of the various articles there exhibited. President Bennett appointed committees to report upon the exhibits, in order that the names of the exhibitors might be spread upon the minutes of the Convention. As there were no competitive tests of articles exhibited, no critical reports of committees were required. The following-named constituted
