A new jump rescue device, the Life Cube, is designed to replace the man-held life net. It weighs 100 pounds and is easily transported and deployed by two people. It requires only 1 one-hour compressed air bottle for inflation. Inflation takes about 25 seconds, after which the device can be used for an unlimited number of jumpers.
