KANSAS CHIEFS AND FIREMEN HOLD GOOD JOINT CONVENTION
Associations Meet Together at Manhattan—To Meet in Kansas City Next Year—Ladies' Auxiliary Formed
MEETING jointly with a large attendance, the tenth annual convention of the Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs and the 39th annual of the Kansas State Firemen’s Association, convened at Manhattan, Kan., on September 27 to 29, there being more than three hundred present. In spite of the rain which is estimated to have cut the attendance at the annual convention at least fifty per cent, the gathering was a great success.
