Fatal Accident to Fireman Knapp.

Fireman Charles H. Knapp, of Springfield, Mass., was thrown from the rear of a hose wagon while going to a fire on the night of June 24 and suffered the fracture of the base of his skull, from which he died two days later. Fireman Knapp had been for many years in the Springfield department and was considered a highly efficient fireman.
