Air conditioning was the topic that was discussed at the regular meeting of the Fairfield County Fire Chiefs’ Emergency Plan, held at the Long Hill, Conn., fire house, on the evening of Wednesday, November 30. In spite of bad traffic conditions from the snow storm, there were 65 present at the meeting.
