F. B. Northrop Made Grafton Superintendent
Frank B. Northrop, formerly forman of the Springfield, Mass., water department, has been made superintendent of the Grafton Water Company and of the Military Water Company, near Worcester, Mass. and has assumed charge of both companies. Mr. Northrop is a son of F. L. Northrop, of the A. P. Smith Manufacturing Company.
