Emergency Equipment Built by Oklahoma City
To be ready in the event of an emergency, the Oklahoma City, Okla., Fire Department has built some emergency apparatus.
These tank pumpers are equipped with 150-gallon single stage Allis-Chalmers centrifugal pumps, two 150-foot lines of l 1/2-inch hose equipped with 1/2-inch nozzle tips, two 150-foot line of 3/4-inch rubber hose equipped with spray or straight stream type nozzles and a 500gallon water tank.
