August 23-24—An ARSON DETECTION DOG TRAINING SEMINAR will be conducted by the Connecticut State Police Canine Unit, the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and the New Haven County State Attorney's Office. The seminar will review a model program, covering imprinting, laboratory verification, and search techniques. September 12-14-The NEW ENGLAND ASSOCIATION OF FIRE MARSHALS' 29TH ANNUAL SEMINAR will feature workshops on sprinklers and fire alarm systems.
