Chief Bogardus Celebrates
Chief G. W. Bogardus, Norwalk, Conn., a fire-fighter for fifty-three years and active head of the department for twenty-five years, recently observed his seventy-first birthday. He just returned from a five weeks’ vacation spent at St. Petersburg, Fla. Members of Central Headquarters arranged a surprise party for the Chief.
