THE city of Buffalo is very conveniently located for fire chiefs and others throughout the middle west who are planning to take in the convention of the International Association of Fire Engineers which takes place in that city on August 19 to 22. All those in that section intending to be present at this important gathering are invited to join the special party which Frank F. Stover, Chicago, Ill., sales manager of the North Central States for the Gamewell Company is now forming. The following bulletin, giving the itinerary and details of the special, has just been sent out by Mr. Stover and gives full particulars in this respect:
