Atlanta’s New Fire Headquarters.
Through the courtesy of The Constitution of Atlanta, Ga., we are enabled this week to present to our readers an il ustration of the future fire headquarters of the excellent department of that city. That Atlanta feels proud of its firemen is evidenced by the remarks of The Constitution of a day or two ago. It says:
No general ever drew around him a more faithful or more loyal army than Cap Joyner now has. Like their chief, every man is thoroughly enthused and always ready to give himself to any demand made upon him. Like Chief Joyner, too, they all take the deepest pride in making the department the best in the country. Just now, like the chief, too, they are all thinking about that new building, the tire department headquarters, soon to be erected on Alabama street.
