ANNUAL MEETING OF NEW ENGLAND WATER WORKS ASSOCIATION
The annual meeting of the New England Water Works Association was a very successful one both from the standpoint of attendance and of enthusiasm shown in the program. Action was first taken on new applicants for membership, four in number, after which President William F. Sullivan introduced the first speaker on the program, Professor S. W. D.Wood, of the Public Service Commission of New Hampshire. E. C. Niles, Chairman of the Commission, had been scheduled to make an address, but at the last moment oher matters forced him to change his plans, and he suggested Professor Wood.
