FIRE FANS heading for the annual convention in Baltimore of International Fire Buffs, Inc., June 26-28, can look forward to quite a welcome, judging by advance arrangements. Mayor Thomas D’Alesandro, Jr., has already extended the city’s official greetings and the Box 414 Association, the host club, is making elaborate preparations.
