A new Automatic System Which Utilizes Both the Telephone and the Siren in Announcing a Fire
ANEW semi-automatic type fire alarm system has been installed in the Oceanside. L. I., N. Y., fire house. This operates from standard telephone equipment and can automatically be started by anyone in the district by simply calling the fire department on the telephone.
