Fond du Lac (WI) – No one was injured at a cold storage facility following the report of an ammonia leak.
Fond du Lac firefighters responded to Laack Cold Storage, 356 Dixie Street, after someone reported smelling ammonia in the area around 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
On arrival, fire crews monitored immediate area around the building and found low readings. The hazmat team was activated, with members entering the structure and finding low readings.
