Two juveniles have been arrested on suspicion of setting a fire in the Mentor Marsh State Nature Preserve, reports the Northeast Ohio Media Group.
消防官员说,少年s set the fire and the fire quickly spread, burning an estimated 10 acres of the marsh and wooded areas.
As of about 3 p.m., officials said there is still one acre actively burning.
The fire never forced an evacuation of the nearby residence because the fire started about 1,200 feet into the wooded area.
Some 20 fire departments and hundreds of firefighters responded to the fire.
