6月30日 - 一家国家非营利组织为已故的帕斯卡古拉消防上尉雅各布·布里斯·兰奇（Jacob Brice Latch）的家庭还清了抵押贷款。
就在7月四日周末之前，塔塔隧道宣布该组织已为全县22名堕落警察和消防员的家庭偿还了抵押贷款。
38岁的门闩,海洋温泉死于10月12日,2021年an aggressive form of occupational cancer called Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma (EHE). He died a short time after his Sept. 30, 2021, diagnosis.
莱奇（Latch）一直是非营利组织的长期支持者，曾担任帕斯卡古拉（Pascagoula）消防员16年。
凯蒂·莱奇（Katie Latch）在对非营利组织的一份声明中说：“我们在塔楼组织的本地分会一直是我们生活的一部分。”
“雅各布一直渴望为比洛克西举行的年度T2T 5K比赛提供支持和参与者。
“He felt honored to volunteer for an organization that provided financial support for the families of those who were lost in the line of duty. We never dreamed that one day we would be that family. I am so thankful that Jacob had the opportunity to participate in fundraising for this organization that has helped so many families and will now be helping his own family.”
Latch graduated from Ocean Springs High School and attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where he met his wife.
