A CSX train carrying coal derailed early Thursday morning in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
No one was hurt in thederailment, which occurred just before 3 a.m. in Bowie.

Prince George’s County (MD) Fire and EMS spokesman Mark Brady told theWashington Post(http://wapo.st/1iMSEKR) that the cars left the tracks but are still upright. Brady says there were no immediate safety concerns orhazardous materialissues.
The derailment occurred the day after acrude oil train derailed in Lynchburg, Virginia, causing an explosion and large fire.
