一个northern New Jersey firefighter who allegedly sold gasoline from his pickup truck after Superstorm Sandy has been indicted on a charge of creating a risk of widespread injury or damage, reports the Associated Press.
Marc Jackson of East Orange could face up to five years in prison if convicted.

The storm had knocked out electricity to thousands of homes and many gas stations, rendering them inoperable and creating hours-long waits at stations that were still open.
