The NationalEMSAdvisory Council (NEMSAC) of the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued a March 2013 summary report of recommendations for EMS in the United States. The report, which can bedownloaded here, combines multiple NEMSAC advisories and documents focusing on safety, research and outcomes based reimbursement.
