At least five row homes were destroyed after a raging fire broke out on Fenwick Avenue in East Baltimore, Maryland, on Tuesday morning, July 12.
消防队员s faced heavy fire conditions on arrival and, after preliminary searches, officials deemed an exterior attack would be initiated.
A man and his dog lived in one of the homes, but they were able to escape after being warned by screaming neighbors.
About 80firefightersbattled the blaze for more than an hour before it was brought under control.
